Credit Law Australia offers a range on Legal services which deal with Credit & Privacy matters.

Credit Assessments

This service provides clients with a written legal advice for $220 delivered with in 14 days. This service assists clients to understand there Credit File and what Credit Law can do to help them recitify any problems like Defaults, Clearouts, Bankruptcies or Court Judgements. Credit Law will advise in the assessement if the client is "Approved or Declined" if Approved this means Credit Law can proceed with assistance and offer to engage to Problem Processing. The written advice will advise of the costs to proceed and for Credit Law to act for the Client.

Problem Processing

If you assessment is approved for Problem Processing then you must accept the fees and charges to proceed and provide payment. This service can range in fees from $500 - $2000 depending on the level of the circumstances concerning the Defaults, Clearouts, Bankruptcies or Court Judgements. Credit Law will contact the Credit Provider on your behalf and proceed to detail the circumstances of the issues. This process has no gaurentee of success and if a Credit Provider is unable to justify or adhear to the Credit Law request then clients are advised to proceed to court action against the Credit Provider.

Court Action

As a client of Credit Law you can make the informed choice to proceed with legal action against a Credit Provider which may be stopping you from obtaining credit due to a Defaults, Clearouts, Bankruptcies or Court Judgements on you Credit File. Court action can prove a successful route to removing those issues from your file if the avenue of Problem Processing has not proven results. This service can attract fees ranging form $2000 +
